We are extremely happy with the service Allan provided. He is a very skillful craftsman and pleasant to have business with. Allan created an elegant groom's wedding band for me incorporating my old ring together with the material he provided. He also created a fantastic wedding ring for my partner to go seamlessly with her engagement ring, precisely to our specifications. He was very helpful and patient as we tried to figure out what exactly my partner wanted her ring to look like. His prices are VERY reasonable and the job was done in a timely manner. Our only little quibble is that a couple of times we felt there was a bit of miscommunication over email with Allan. However, it could've been our fault, I can't remember. I met Allan at a wedding fair along with Megan that I already knew. My engagment ring could not be repaired and therefore I needed something new. Allan was able to find a ring that suited my requirements and within my budget range that was absolutely amazing. My husband wanted to treat me to a platinum and diamond ring for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had been into Tiffany's and I saw the ring of my dreams, but it was out of my price range. A friend suggested that I contact Allan, who re-created and improved the design, and now I have the ring of my dreams! My experience with Allan has been FANTASTIC. OUTSTANDING PRESALE SERVICE: I called him to clarify some questions about the ring that I could not find online and to check if the ring I was looking for was available. He contacted the supplier immediately and called me back just afterwards. He clarified further questions I had about the ring, payment, delivery, etc promptly and efficiently. OUTSTANDING PRICE: My ring was slightly different than the one online and he made me an unbeatable offer. I could not find any other online shop offering a similar price (I have to add, I did skip websites that looked too dodgy). OUTSTANDING DELIVERY: The ring arrived promptly (before even the estimated day)and safe. OUSTANDING AFTERSALE SERVICE: The ring had some tiny marks were the diamond was inserted; however, I could have lived with it and I told him not to worry. Nonetheless, he offered to investigate the issue, contacted the supplier and arranged a express return and delivery of a new ring before my wedding. OUTSTANDING PRODUCT: I am so happy with my ring!!

We found Allan at a wedding fair and are so happy we did. As I have a shaped engagement ring I needed my wedding ring to fit with it. Allan designed my ring and it was amazing to watch. I am so happy with the finish, it looks amazing. The three diamonds in my ring are beautiful and set my engagement ring off perfectly. Allan even cleaned and re-plated my engagement ring and they both look amazing together. So happy we went with Allan and recommend him to anyone wanting something different.

"In 2015 I met Allan at the Heart Wedding Fair in Brentwood and he designed a brief template of my engagement ring and emailed an image and price for the works. A year later I approached Allan as my wedding was nearing and explained that the original price was out of my budget, could he design something for me within my budget - Allan was SO accommodating and I had a revised design and price within a few hours!! My engagement ring was a bit of a tricky shape, however, Allan went above and beyond my expectations and has provided me with THE most beautiful wedding ring that sits perfectly with my engagement ring. Allan has made this such an enjoyable experience for me and I've loved every minute, he keeps you in the loop regularly, is honest, genuine and is truly passionate about what he does - nothing is too much trouble! For our 50th birthdays my wife and I promised ourselves a nice present each. I chose a West Ham United season ticket and my wife a diamond eternity ring (guess which one of us has the brains ! ). This is something she had wanted for a long time and we had spent a few months 'window shopping' to see what we could get for our budget. We found some nice rings but not that something special we were looking for. We happened to be passing the JDC shop and decided to have a quick look in the window. Allan popped out and gave us a brochure detailing his work and we went in for a chat. From the beginning, Allan's knowledge and enthusiasm were very evident. He listened to what we wanted and in no time had shown us some perfect diamonds and a 'mock up' ring design on his computer. Not only had we a ring with bigger/better quality diamonds, handmade to fit my wife's small ring finger size but it was also in budget. I am so glad we stopped outside Allan's shop as he is a craftsman and not someone who just sells jewellery. Thanks, Allan.
